Hoosiers diss Kings of Leon???

I think this might actually just be a case of Gigwise sensationalising what Hoosiers frontman actually said, I’m guessing as such because I saw him being interviewed at T in the Park and he had nothing but praise for the Tennessee four. He and his band were joking about how gutted they were that they couldn’t go see them because they like to take notes from amazing bands or something along the lines of that. According to gigwise Irwin has said

“I saw them at Glasto and they are good but they just don’t put on much of a show,” he told the Daily Star.

“You want something personal because you know they do it every day – you want them to make it feel special for you.

“We did some dances on stage at Glastonbury. We like to put on a bit of a show.”

Which Gigwise have turned into the headline ‘The Hoosiers: Boring Kings of Leon need to learn how to dance’. Bit of a leap isn’t it?

Of course, readers have bitten the bait and started slagging both bands off (most of the hate being reserved for the Hoosiers…).
